Terms of Service

YSM is an AI-powered note-taking application built around a visual knowledge graph. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You own the notes and content you create in YSM. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content to operate the service for you — including sending content you choose to relevant AI and search providers when you use those features. We claim no ownership over your ideas.

You agree not to:

• Use YSM for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload content you don’t have the right to use.
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission.

YSM includes AI-generated features such as the Rabbit Hole explorer. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your own judgment — it is not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it.

Some features may require paid credits or tokens. Pricing and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. Web payments are handled by our payment provider; purchases made through the iOS app are handled by Apple. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

YSM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own exports of anything important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSM and YSM (Your Second Mind) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using YSM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
